I copied the link you gave and pasted on Notepad and saved as muhtesem.bat. Then I opened the youtube dl, again a black cmd box appeared and disappeared. Where is the mp4 file?

Oh I think I got it! I changed the part youtube dl into youtube-dl-2016.10.12 since I realised that the name of the program was "youtube-dl-2016.10.12".

Using the code you provided with youtube-dl, I get an error message, "video has not been found".
Maybe the code you provided expires after a period of time. Can you tell me how you got the url (http://ok.ru/videoembed/244227902006)? I wasn't able to find any method or alternative url (as you got) to download the original poster's url, (http://www.hddiziizleyin.net/vatanim-sensin-13-bolum-izle-26-ocak-2017.html).
There are other videos on that website, so if I know how you were able to get the alternative url ( to download the video with youtube-dl) that would be really useful for me.

For good work of YouTube-dl it is necessary to add at least 2 files to your folder of YouTube-DL
